How to manage voicemail on NEWT Desktop App

Voicemail

Your NEWT extension may already have been pre-set by your company’s administrator for a voicemail password and (optionally) voicemail to email. Please contact your company’s PBX administrator for further information.

  1. On the keypad there is an icon  and count indicating how many voicemails you have. If you do not see the icon, this means you don't have any voicemails yet.

  2. Tap the icon to access your voicemail or, if the icon is not there, dial *98.

  3. You will be prompted to enter your voicemail password.

  4. Use the Keypad to enter your password.

  5. Follow the menu option prompts to listen to voicemails, manage the voicemails or update your greeting recording.

*Note: If your desktop app is unified to your main device (physical desk phone) please enter the password of your main device to access voicemails.
