These codes allow a user to perform functions from their desk phone such as paging, parking calls, in-call transfers, call pickups, agent queue log in’s, calling specific extensions, pause and resume recording and more.
Use your keypad to dial the following codes for the related function:

4xxx Call pickup from any ringing Ext

*6xxx Attended Transfer
*7xxx Blind Transfer
*8 Call Pick up the first ringing physical extension
*731xxx Send call directly to voicemail
*1 Record on demand (for extensions set to "on demand" recording only)
*3 Pause call recording (for extensions set to record calls only)
*4 Resume call recording (for extensions set to record calls only)
