Caller ID's are first set on the Telephone Number being used to make outbound calls. Once this is set up by your administrator, you can select it as your outbound call display.
Log in to your NEWTCF environment (contact your administrator for log in credentials to your extension)
Navigate to the Extension Settings tab
Navigate to the Outbound Caller ID field and select the associated TN from the drop-down menu.
Save before you exit
* Please note: The outbound caller ID you select, is also tied to the address set up on this TN for 911 services. If you are in a unique location, ensure you select the correct TN with the associated distinct e911 address.
