Otherwise known as CNAM or outbound caller ID, identify your company name on outbound calls, to those receiving the call. This can be set for each phone number on the PBX.
In your PBX Instance, navigate to the TN Tab
Locate the telephone number in the list shown and click on the Caller Name field
Enter the name you want to be shown. This can be letters or numbers and the field allows up to 15 characters including spaces. Special characters (i.e.: *-$%#&!@) are to be avoided
Click the save & update button to publish it
