Call waiting allows the call to come through, even if you are already on the phone. When call waiting is on, you'll hear a signal when someone else is trying to call.
To take the second call and place the first call on hold, press the red flashing line key
next to the second incoming call or press the Answer soft key. This will automatically
place the first caller on hold.
This feature is automatically available. To disable this feature:
Log into your NEWTCF environment (please contact your administrator for login credentials).
In your Extension Settings tab, scroll down to the advanced options section.
Toggle on the Disable Call Waiting button
Save your changes before exiting.
