This feature allows for multiple greetings to be recorded and enabled to play on pre-determined dates. These greetings can all be pre-set at one time and then used for the various holidays throughout the year. Once these greetings have been recorded with a start and end date and enabled, they will play as scheduled for the year. If there are no scheduled holiday greetings to play, or they have expired, the system will play the “Main” company greeting.

In your PBX Instance, navigate to the TN Tab and click on the pencil icon at the end of the line item of your main TN, where your Auto Attendant sits.
Ensure that your Auto Attendant is set to "Always Enabled" or "Enabled on..". If it is not on, the Holiday Greetings function will not work.
From the Holiday Greetings Tab, enter the description of the holiday.
Toggle on the Enable button.
Set the start and end date of the holiday.
Record your Holiday greeting.
Save and Update the PBX instance.
Live Answer Updates:
If your PBX is set up so that during office hours, calls go to a "live" person's extension (and you only use the auto attendant after hours) there is an additional step that will need to be taken, before each holiday.
For instance, if normally, calls route to your extension Mon - Friday during the day, then go to an auto attendant after hours, but on this week Friday is a holiday, you’ll need to adjust the Extension schedule so that the system goes to the Auto Attendant on Friday.
You can do this by simply removing Friday from the “enabled on” schedule within the extension.
Once you return to the office, remember to change it back.
