Moves, Adds or Changes

MAC is an acronym for Move, Add, Change. MAC requests involve changes to a current customer’s Account and Services. MAC requests are billable based on the requested task for the time and expense incurred for completion of the request.

Moves:  

Regardless of your PBX instance being in the cloud, or on-premise, if you or any of your remote workers are moving locations, it’s important to notify us as early as possible. Things that will be affected by a move include 911 dispatch, account billing, local or LD calling charges, internet services and hardware configurations to name a few.

Adds:  

Additions can include NEWT Products (internet, fax, ACD, door ringers, speakers etc.), phones and extensions, PBX premium features (i.e.: call recording), or onsite work requests.

Changes:  

Changes to existing PBX configurations, hardware, or cancellations of some or all of the products in your portfolio, can be submitted. Please note that cancellations may incur additional fees based on your contract.
